Jahiliya is the name given to the period of ignorance and devilishness before Muhammad* came. In what I would call the 2oth century Jahiliya, the Muslim world has been influenced all too much by not Islam and the Sunnah but the West's culture, secularism and atheistic beliefs. The Muslim World is filled up with dictators governing in their 'so-called' American democracies who embezzle billions, torture & murder thousands longing for freedom, deceive their people, rig elections and try to justify their evil acts by claiming they are Islamic. 

Well if we governed our lives with the perfect ways of Islam, things would be very different, as Islam guarantees democracy (rule by the people) to a higher extent than any human created democracy, Islam protects the rights of all individuals with its humanitarianism, Islam pushes people towards success, progress and the seeking of knowledge. There is no politics like the politics of Allah, the Wise. So why have the Muslims accepted allowing our Dar al Islam to be governed by despotic puppets to the West who only live and lead for their interests and not ours?This is why we are living in a new Jahiliya, the modern age Jahiliya, because the Muslims World is being lead by un-Islamic governments. 

Don't get me wrong either many Monafeqin - 'hypocrite' in english -groups (Al-Qaeda, Taliban, the Wahhabi Saudis etc...) also try to use Islam to justify their ambitions, however if one carefully analyzes their claims instead of criticizing Islam, one will realize they are not preaching what Islam is and what was revealed in the Quran. If you want to know of Islam, read the Quran, the Sunnah, the sound Hadith... Don't listen to madmen like Osama Ben Laden or Mullah Omar. Another reason why we are in a period of Jahiliya, because the Monafeqin are trying to corrupt the beautiful and righteous Islam, and many are losing faith and following them not the ways of Muhammad*. 

Islam has been proven by modern intellectuals to be the religion of justice, peace, the knowledgeable, science and logic. However Muslims by following the ways of the secular, atheistic West and the Monafeqin have given up Allah's perfect message bestowed upon us, you forget Allah and He will forget you and this is what happened. The Muslim World is being led astray by corrupt leaders and look at the result, war, poverty and injustice. Allah will never solve our problems until we submit to Him and that means govern the Dar al Islam with His laws.

Islam will become the largest power on Earth and we will lead the world's people towards a new age of harmony, peace, coexistence between faiths and prosperity. To do this though, we must end the Fitna and govern ourselves with Allah's righteous Islamic laws, not the Monafeqin's laws nor the West's incompetent laws, we must speak up against the leaders of this Jahiliya and we will rise, we will prosper and most important of all we will be rewarded greatly in the wonderful gardens of Paradise.

Sadly, the scriptures (Bible and Torah) of the People of the Book have been corrupted with time by greedy evil men who altered the books and the word of God only to 'justify' living how they want to live. The clergies of the People of the Book are to blame, all they have done is turn a perfect message brought down from Allah by his prophets (Abraham, Moses, Joseph, Jesus etc...), peace and blessings upon them, into an imperfect corrupted version, for their own greedy motives. This is why the People of the Book now follow creeds lead by man's word, not Allah, therefore can be proved wrong. Man can be proved wrong, Allah cannot.

Allah created everything that was, everything that is and everything that will be.

The Quran al Karim has never been changed and remains the word of Allah, there is nothing that can be proven wrong in the Quran, the miracles of knowledge in the Quran, scientific to medical or political to psychological have been proof of Islam. Our faith is only strengthening within this modern age, for it is thanks to this modern age that we are developing a higher understanding of the Quran. Islam is the religion of logic, reasoning, science and righteousness and it is being proven everyday as scientific reasoning and logic farther justify the wonderful verses of the Quran.

Today, there are over 1.7 billion Muslims on Earth scattered on every continent of the World. They live normal lives in this modern world while following their faith. Islam is an urban religion, it was the muslims who began city planning, city scheduling and the three meals a day. Islam is the religion attracting the most converts and they are not illiterate poor people, they are educated business men/women, doctors, scientists and highly educated individuals. Has anyone stopped to wonder why? This is because Islam is the true religion.
