On the authority of Abu Sa'id Sa'd ibn Malik ibn Sinan al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) the Messenger of Allah (may the blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said:
There should be neither harming nor reciprocating harm.
A good Hadith related ibn Majah and and large list of other authorities. This is a very sound Hadith.
